Apply for a Grant

Please make sure you read the following information before making your application for funding.

We recommend you use one of the following browers to complete your application; Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer 8 (or higher)

This online system is currently not compatible with macOS -  Apple devices (iPad, iMac etc)

We recommend you save your documents in a folder on your desktop.  Name the document appropriately e.g. cover letter, preferred quote, competitive quote, committee members etc

Save our Domain name ( to your safe senders list to avoid our emails going to your junk mail

Criteria for applying: Please review the criteria when applying for a grant.  The FAQ's tab in the toolbar above contains all the required information.

Saving your application: You may leave your application at any stage.  Make sure you click the Save and Next Page button on any page and your application will be saved.

Return to your application: Once you have entered your details in the first stage of the application you will be sent an email with a link. When you wish to return to your application click on the link contained in that email.

Confirmation of application: Once your application has been submitted, you will be sent a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of the application and inform you when your application will be considered.

Applicant dashboard: You can use the applicant portal login (create a password) to access your Dashboard.  From here you can track the progress of your application, add other users to your account, amend your details, make more applications and complete your Accountabilities.

Types/Forms of ID required: The ID must be either a Drivers Licence or Passport.  Ensure the signature is visible.  Authorised Signatories means the Chairperson, Treasurer, Secretary, Executive Board member or a person authorised by the Board.  A letter of authorisation must be provided if the person is not a Board member.


Key Dates

Our Net Proceeds Committee meets 12 times a year to consider grant applications. 

All online Grant Applications must be submitted by midnight on the 10th of the month to be considered at the meeting held in the same month.
